These leak-free FTIR transmission cells are the only Demountable Liquid Cells that you will ever need. Our Demountable Liquid Cells are made from chemically resistant 316 stainless steel and feature easily changed pathlength spacers. They are perfect for infrared transmission measurements of liquids, mulls, and smears; process control and laboratory applications; and static or flow environments.

Features

  • Variable pathlength, from 6 µm to 1mm.
  • Leak-free design utilizes standard, non-drilled windows.
  • Easily disassembled for cleaning and window replacement.
  • Two ports for static or flow applications.
  • Sample slide plate mounted for easy installation in FTIR spectrometers.
  • Chemically resistant 316 stainless steel cell body with Luer Lok or 1/8" Swagelok™ fittings.
  • Available with an 8mm or 20mm diameter clear aperture.
  • Maximum operating pressure with ZnSe windows
    • 4.5 MPa (660 psi) for the DLC-S13 (8 mm open aperture).
    • 690 kPa (100 psi) for the DLC-S25 (20 mm open aperture).
    • Optional chemically-resistant Kalrez o-rings available.

Includes

  • Stainless steel cell body with Luer Lok or Swagelok™ fittings.
  • Viton o-rings.
  • Slide plate mounting.
  • Assorted pathlength spacers made of PTFE. One each of the following thicknesses: 25, 56, 100, 150, 250, 390, 500, 630, 750, and 950µm.
